I am originally from upstate NY. I lived in Seattle, WA, for 26 years before moving to Arizona in 2022! We have 2 beautiful young adult children and a daughter-in-law! I am a college professor in the field of Early Childhood Education. I have 2 chiweenies that keep me laughing :) I enjoy all things creative, including painting, beading, and scrapbooking.

I enjoy all kinds of music! My favorite artists include Maroon 5, Bruno Mars, and 80's hair bands :) I have recently enjoyed listening to "new country." Post Malone, Morgan Wallen, Chris Stapleton, Shaboozey and Luke Combs.

I love autobiographies. I enjoy learning about others and their experiences. I tend to gravitate towards women in history who have made an impact on our society.

I love all of the Chicago dramas. Including Chicago Med, Fire and PD. I enjoy murder shows and documentaries. I tend to lean towards war movies/dramas and romance comedy's. Go figure :)

Christmas is by far my favorite holiday. I believe in keeping traditions alive. I am proud to say my kids have done a great job doing that. I like to collect vintage holiday decorations. I love to decorate both inside and outside and of course the shopping! We always find a charity to donate toys and books to children. Baking is also an essential part of our celebrations. Sharing bake goods with all of our neighbors brings me so much joy!!

I love everything that has to do with paper! I have an Etsy shop and enjoy making library pockets, gift card holders, cards, gift tags, bookmarks, and everything else :)
