I come from Campinas (near São Paulo) but moved to Germany about 2 years ago. I have so much passion for this country since I was a child, when I had the opportunity to live here in Germany with my parents a few times while growing up.

My father got his PhD in Stuttgart, where he and my mom lived for 5 years when they were young. After my sister and I were born we would come to Germany with them pretty regularly, as my dad was often teaching classes as a visiting professor. Out of coincidence, now I live and work here in Stuttgart as well! :)

When I was 2 I lived in Regensburg, and that's when I saw and felt the snow for the first time. One of my best memories from my childhood is definitely the winter times. I’m a snow and winter addict, and everything related to it – like pine trees, forests, arctic animals, scandinavia, figure skating, candles, warm cappuccino and Christmas (of course)!

I have Italian heritage from both my parent's side. Unfortunately my Italian is not that good, since I don't get to practice it anymore - if you are Italian, I'd love to receive your letter/postcard written in your language! In 2017 I lived in Italy for almost 3 months and got to travel to some beautiful cities. I love Italian food. Pasta is my favorite dish ever!

I love to travel and I've been to over 30 countries so far. I've never been to Asia but it is on the top of my bucket list! I miss travelling and I'm so glad that I can continue learning and discovering new places and new cultures through swapping!

I love how colours have emotions and can influenciate our mood! My favorite colour is purple, but I also adore blue and mint green. Pastel colours are the best!
