In this swap, make a Halloween ATC and winterize it. Maybe Frank in a beanie and scarf, or a snow laden haunted house, or a snowman dressed as a witch. Whatever you decide to create, have fun. Please send in a decorated envelope of some kind. Also include your artist/swap info on the back of your ATC. Please rate your partner within a week of receiving. You may create in any art mediums.
