For this swap send a Greeting card (store bought or homemade) with good wishes to one partner. add a little gift that symbolizes a sweet new year (example honey, dried fruits,tea etc) nothing big or expensive, around 1-2 $. must be storebought, check partner profile for allergies, likes or dislikes, but otherwise senders choice.
